The Return on Values Inventory (ROVI) is a powerful tool to help executives and entrepreneurs strengthen their company cultures and drive sustainable growth.

To participate, the company’s top executive takes a 15-minute online assessment and then invites 5 or more team members to take a shorter version.

Following completion of the ROVI, CEO or president will receive a custom report showing the relationship between culture and financial performance. The analysis will also compare results to those of other companies and provide resources and recommendations for improvement, helping the CEO find small changes that could yield big results.

The ROVI is designed to be taken annually, giving companies an ongoing 360⁰ view of their culture and how it is (or isn’t) driving profit, customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and other key metrics.
